A thumb-stopping film for digital and social media introduced the “Talking Thumb,” a character that reminded homeowners they could easily and effortlessly complete repairs using the Thumbtack app. The results were thumb-tastic: a 43% increase in app interactions and a 21% increase in bookings through the app.
